Beal Homes wins national ‘Best Customer Satisfaction Initiative’ Award

Beal Homes is celebrating a major win at the Housebuilder Awards 2015. The East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire builder has beaten off stiff national competition to receive the prestigious ‘Best Customer Satisfaction Initiative’ Award.

The results of the Housebuilder Awards 2015, which are run by Housebuilder magazine in partnership with the Home Builders Federation and the NHBC, were announced at a glittering ceremony in London on November 5.

A panel of 13 judges assessed entries from across the house building industry selecting Beal Homes, because ‘Beal offers customers the freedom to create a bespoke home to suit their individual style ..’

Richard Beal, MD of the family-run business which has been building new homes for over 48 years, stepped forward to collect the award from comedian Tim Vine.Commenting on the win he said, “It’s tremendous to receive national recognition for our innovative approach to providing homebuyers with a home built around them.

“I’d like to pay tribute to all the Beal Homes team – their hard work and dedication to customer service has enabled us to beat competition from around the country to secure this award.I’d also like to thank our many homebuyers whose positive feedback about their experience of buying a home from Beal so impressed the judges.”

Beal Homes’ entry featured the builder’s innovative Customer Selection Studio, a purpose-built 2000 square feet suite of rooms, including a fully-operating kitchen, multi media area and comprehensive displays of flooring, ceramic tiles, bathroom fittings, wardrobes and other choices, plus a visitor relaxation area, which occupies most of the ground floor of the groups’ head office at Bridgehead Business Park, Hessle, near the Humber Bridge.

Beal’s approach to having a home built means that each buyer has a private appointment to visit the Studio for their ‘Selections Day’ when they work with Beal’s dedicated and experienced, creative team of home designers to develop a bespoke internal layout – rare in the industry – and choose from a wide range of fixtures, fittings and finishes for their new home. This home purchasing experience is far removed from the traditional approach to new home buying where buyers are expected to make their new home choices on site in a busy, often public, sales office.

Also highlighted in Beal’s entry was the company’s investment in the latest construction modelling technology, which enables Beal to present homebuyers with customer-friendly 3D perspectives showing what the interior of their new home will look like even before it is built.

Currently Beal Homes is building in East Yorkshire at The Village II & III and King’s Chase at Kingswood Parks, Hull, at The Croft in Etton near Beverley and, in Lincolnshire, at The Quays, a development of marina homes at Burton Waters near Lincoln, Lakeside in Waddington and The Swale in Gainsborough.
