The highest level of service and support

As a local, family-run business, we’re well known for our excellent level of personal customer care and service. So much so that many people have been happy enough to buy two, three and even four new homes with us. We aim to handover every property to the highest of standards.

Every Beal home goes through a number of stringent inspections by our Site Manager, Plumbing Manager and Head of Quality. You will be invited view your new home with our dedicated Home Demonstrator, who will thoroughly explain how everything works before you move in.

10-year warranty for peace of mind

Every new Beal home comes with an NHBC* 10-year Buildmark warranty. This gives you the peace of mind that your new home has been built to the NHBC standards, which set out the technical requirements for materials, design and craftmanship of your new home.

In addition to this, our Customer Care team are on hand for the first two years for help and advice.

*From time to time we utilise other warranty providers including the Local Authority Building Control (LABC).

Always here to support you

Once you have moved into your new Beal home our dedicated Customer Care team are available to assist you with advice or support for any queries or service requests as part of our 2-year builders warranty cover, a copy of which will be provided to you.   Alongside which every Beal home comes with an NHBC* 10 year Buildmark warranty.

We operate an accessible after-sale service including a 24 hour emergency help line. Simple call 0800 612 1216 and select option 2.

As part of the Consumer Code requirements, should you not be completely satisfied with the way in which we have handled your request or complaint, if you are yet to legally complete you are invited to write to Senior Sales Manager Kaye Garwood – kaye.garwood@beal-homes.co.uk, and if after legal completion, Customer Care Manager, Deborah Thompson – deborah.thompson@beal-homes.co.uk

Should in the unlikely event you remain dissatisfied your complaint will be further reviewed by the Construction Director, Andrew Devine who will provide any full and final decisions on behalf of the company.

Should our complaints handling procedures fail to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, as a new home-buyer you may refer your complaint to the NHBC* as the warranty provider.

Furthermore, where appropriate, you may take your complaint to the Independent Dispute Resolution Scheme.

*from time to time an alternative warranty provider LABC (Local Authority Building Control) may be appointed.
