Tell us about your Beal home and why you love it so much.
I like the quality, customer service and specification you receive with Beal and I’ve always had a good experience.
The house really felt like home the moment I moved in. It’s spacious, so I can entertain my friends and I’m proud to show them around.
It was originally going to be a view home so it was already fully designed and finished when I bought it. I have lovely oak-effect flooring and a grand hallway. The kitchen units are British racing green, I have really nice Silestone worktops and the huge south facing garden blows everybody away.
What are the best things about being part of the community at Pilgrim’s Walk?
It’s nice and quiet and I’ve made friends here. Hessle town centre is just 10 minutes’ walk away and there are lots of amenities on the doorstep.
The development has a nice feel to it. It suits my lifestyle being able to work from home in a quiet environment with everything I need so close to hand.
It also has great access to the M62, which is one of the main reasons I chose to move here.
How did you find the service from Beal?
It’s always exceptional, from the sales process through to the aftercare. The Beal team care about me as a person.
Beal Senior Sales Executive Helena Caulfield and Customer Care Coordinator Holly Hastie have both been superb.
How did Beal help you through the buying process?
Using Beal’s Part Exchange scheme took away all the stress of moving. Going down the part exchange route meant I received a fair price for my previous property and didn’t have to worry about selling it – I had peace of mind knowing it was all in hand with Beal. They took care of everything.
What would you say to other househunters about buying a Beal home?
I wouldn’t have any hesitation. Beal’s homes are built and designed to a very high specification and, as a customer, you’re looked after throughout the whole buying process and well into the ownership of the property. Beal don’t disappear once you move in – they continue to look after you through the after-sales stage.
I have every confidence in recommending Beal. They’re a local housebuilder with a great local reputation and they use local suppliers wherever possible, which I like.
