First-time buyers Ellie Thompson and Rob Moore, moved into their three-bedroom Levisham home in September and they couldn’t be happier. Ellie, a buyer in the engineering industry, reserved their perfect plot while Rob was working away as an aircraft technician in the Royal Air Force (RAF).
Tell us about your Beal home and why you love it so much.
We wanted a three-bedroom home and we love our detached plot. The layout is perfect – we especially love our double patio doors which let so much light into both the lounge and kitchen.
It’s exciting because we’ve been able to make our first home our own. Our plot is very private and we couldn’t be happier with it.
What are the best things about being part of the community at Bishop’s Green?
Our neighbours are so friendly and everyone helps each other.
The location is great because it’s so quiet and also only a short drive from Lincoln. Welton is a lovely village and has everything we need, from pubs and shops to a doctors surgery and golf club.
How did you find the service from Beal?
The service has been brilliant. Beal kept us informed and sent us updates every week. They went above and beyond to support us and were so quick to help whenever we needed it.

We added a breakfast bar, upgraded the flooring, and added extra paving to the patio outside. We’ve put our personal stamp on our home and we love the choices we’ve made. If we ever move, we’ll struggle because we’ve got exactly what we wanted with this house!

Go for it! We were apprehensive about buying a new build, but we’re so glad we did. We’ve had such a positive experience and we’ve already recommended Beal to friends who are looking to buy in the future.
