We’ve unveiled our stunning new show homes at The Greenways in Goole … and our Beal buyers love them!
The show homes were opened at the weekend exclusively to buyers who have reserved at The Greenways, giving them the first chance to experience these amazing luxury properties.
The show homes are the popular three-bedroom Chelsea and four-bedroom Haxby house types – and they’re now available for househunters to view.
Styled with an industrial theme, the Chelsea has a grey colourway throughout, softened with velvet soft furnishings. The striking kitchen features white gloss and concrete-effect units with matching worktops.
Natural wood-effect flooring and contemporary grey sofas give the living room a homely feel, with the concrete-style furniture continuing the industrial theme. Bold feature wallpapers show off the bedrooms to great effect with subtle mustard accents and exposed bulb lighting.
The Haxby boasts a contemporary navy and grey colourway throughout. The two-tone kitchen features an Oxford Blue island, topped with designer Silestone worktops and Amtico wood flooring flowing through into the hallway.
The stylish living room has two luxurious velvet navy sofas which contrast beautifully against the subtle textured feature wallcovering. The blue theme continues into the bedrooms, which feature statement wallpapers and stylish window dressings. A designated home office highlighted with Farrow & Ball Hague Blue wall colour and masculine wood and black furniture is finished off with stylish vintage black and white prints.
A spacious summerhouse with contemporary black and mustard seating takes pride of place in the gardens, alongside a mini four-hole pitch-and-put putting green, creating a family zone with defined space for adults and youngsters.
We caught up with customers enjoying the preview event to see what they thought of the new show homes.
First up were Michelle and Ashley Thorpe, who reserved at our launch event last year and are looking forward to moving into their four-bedroom Windsor home with children, Noah, 11, and Matilda, eight, later this month.
Ashley, a heating engineer, said: “The show homes are lovely and so well presented and seeing them enabled us to experience what ours is going to be like.
“The homes at The Greenways are so well priced and the specification is really good. We can’t wait to move in.”
First-time buyers Megan Oldridge and Dena Gillies have reserved a two-bedroom Gramercy home and are due to move in during September.
Megan, a transport supervisor, said: “It’s so exciting to see people moving in and to now see the show homes. They’re really nice and have given us a feel for what our home is going to be like.
“We’ve upgraded lots of things in our home, including the hob, carpets and tiles, and we can’t wait to move in. We wanted a new build that we could really make our own and Beal helped us to do that.”
Among the first buyers to move in at The Greenways are first-time buyers Melissa and Jason Mortimer, who have moved into their four-bedroom Windsor home with children Amelia, 10, Theo, six, and two-year-old Mylo.
Melissa said: “We’ve been able to make our home our own for our family and to see all our choices come together is amazing. It’s all really exciting.
“I’ve met some of our neighbours through Instagram and everyone seems lovely. It’s going to be a really nice community.”
