We’ve released a new selection of luxury homes at our successful The Greenways development in Goole.
The new homes made available in the latest phase of The Greenways include some of our most popular two, three and four-bedroom house types.
Nine new homes were released during a launch event for the latest phase, ranging from the two-bedroom Gramercy semi-detached home with parking, priced at £182,995, to the newly-introduced four-bedroom Thornton detached home with garage for £349,995.
A further 10 homes are also available from the previous phase, including three that are ready for immediate occupation.
More than 180 homes have been sold at The Greenways since it was launched three years ago, making it one of East Yorkshire’s most successful residential developments.
The launch of the latest phase means more opportunities are now available for house hunters to join the growing community in the area’s most popular new place to live.
Business owners John and Tracy Brice, from Goole, are planning to move to the popular development next year.
Tracy said: “When Beal launched the first phase of The Greenways, we really liked the Haxby and we’ve kept an eye on the development since. We also like the four-bedroom Thornton because we need the space for our six grandchildren when they visit.
“We’re really impressed by what we’ve seen so far. This is where we want to be.”
Denise Carter, a warehouse coordinator from Goole, attended the launch to learn more about the latest homes to be released. One of her sisters already lives at The Greenways and her other sister is also hoping to move to the development.
Denise, who lives with her husband Paul and father Danny, said: “Having a Beal home is my dream because they’re absolutely fabulous and the location is great. I love the quality, build and workmanship.”
Antony Raspin, a retired bricklayer, already lives in a three-bedroom Chelsea at The Greenways and was one of the first residents to reserve at the development.
He is now preparing to move into a three-bedroom detached Castleton home at The Greenways. Mr Raspin has chosen his plot and will sell his existing home through our Smooth Move scheme.
He said: “I really like living here because it’s such a friendly place to live, and I’ve had a very positive experience with Beal. I like the layout of the Castleton, especially the central hallway.”
The development has proven popular with local buyers as well as commuters, as it is within easy reach of Leeds, York, Doncaster, Hull and other locations, via the M62. The Greenways also offers rewarding investment opportunities for landlords seeking properties in a location popular with renters.
