Introducing Thonock Vale, our latest luxury Lincolnshire development

We’ve introduced our latest luxury development in the superb setting of one of the region’s leading golf clubs.

Thonock Vale will feature a collection of two, three and four bedroom homes, perfect for modern living, in a prime location in Gainsborough, North Lincolnshire.

We welcomed househunters to stunning Thonock Park Golf Club for the preview, with the event staged in the Solheim Suite, named after the tournament featuring the leading women golfers from Europe and the United States.

Our team welcomed househunters to the preview of our new development in Gainsborough, Thonock Vale.

The preview featured the release of prices and details for the first 17 homes at Thonock Vale, featuring nine different house types.

The first properties available to reserve include our two-bedroom Gramercy mid-townhouse, with two parking spaces, from £168,000, and our three bedroom semi-detached Roxby, from £215,000.

Our four-bedroom detached Hilton home, with a sunroom and integral garage, is available to reserve, from £330,000, and our Carlton four bedroom detached home, with an integral double garage, is also available from £440,000.

The £37m Thonock Vale development, which takes its name from the golf course and is close to the venue, follows the sell-out success of our nearby Somerby Croft development.

Jake and Sarah Soden, from Gainsborough, attended the preview with their children, Phoebe, five, and Tobias, two, and are hoping to reserve a four-bedroom Canterbury home when it is released at Thonock Vale next year.

Sarah, a teacher, said: “We came to find out more about the Canterbury because it’s our dream home and has just the right amount of space for us. It has an open plan kitchen, utility room, a lovely garden and a double garage, which is perfect for our family.

“We often go on bike rides around Somerby Croft and we liked the look of Beal’s homes there. We’ve also seen a Canterbury at Beal’s Bishop’s Green development in Welton, near Lincoln, and fell in love with it. Beal have been really good at keeping in touch with us and the preview event was really useful.”

First-time buyer Sam Garner, 32, from Gainsborough, also attended the event to find out more about our two-bedroom Gramercy home.

Sam, a finance assistant, said: “I know a few people who’ve bought homes at Beal’s Somerby Croft and Bishop’s Green developments and they’re really happy with them.

“I went to the Thonock Vale launch on their recommendation to find out more about the homes and what’s right for me.

“My family live in this area and Thonock Vale is in a great location because I don’t want to move too far away. I’m impressed by what Beal has to offer.”
