Family make big move to become first Bishop’s Green residents

A family have moved more than 200 miles to become the first to move in at our Bishop’s Green development in leafy Lincolnshire.

Neil and Nicola Tyler and two of their four children, Sophie, 15, and Lawrence, nine, bought a four bedroom Langdale property at our picturesque development in Welton.

They’ve relocated from Westgate-on-Sea in Kent to be closer to Neil’s work, while also moving nearer to their older children, Zoe, 20, and Ryan, 18, who are studying at universities in Leicester and Nottingham respectively.

The family made the decision to relocate in August and moved into their home in October, using the Government’s Help to Buy scheme.

They said the location, community and much lower cost of living were key factors in the move, and our reputation for quality cemented their decision to choose Beal Homes.

Neil said: “We came across Beal Homes when we were house hunting online. We got in touch and they told us about this amazing house at Bishop’s Green with a fantastic garden.

“Beal Homes had such good reviews. We had several viewings booked with other housebuilders but decided to cancel them, based on Beal’s positive reports. They really stood out.

“I work all over the country and now, living at Bishop’s Green, I’ll have more chance of being able to come home during the week.”

Nicola said they’re enjoying settling into their new community.

She said: “My dad is an ex-site manager and helped us to move. He said the finishes on the homes at Bishop’s Green are outstanding and he’s so impressed.

“The team at Beal Homes have been lovely and so accommodating in fitting in with our travel times throughout the house buying process.”

The Tyler’s luxury family home enjoys a spacious corner plot with a large garden and an added on sunroom off the open plan kitchen and dining room.

Nicola said she is looking forward to walking the family’s chocolate Labradoodle Ava nearby and their cat Bumble is also settling in.

She said: “Welton is lovely and there are lots of fields nearby. It won’t take us long to find our way around the area.”

Bishop’s Green includes a range of two, three and four bedroom homes, and two and three bedroom bungalows.
