Easter fun and fundraising with Beal Homes at Kingswood Parks

Join us for some fun house hunting this Easter and you could be the lucky winner of one of our giant chocolate Easter bunnies

Both Beal Homes’ Kingwood Parks sites, King’s Chase, a development of larger mostly three and four bedroom properties, and The Village II, where the East Yorkshire company is building first mover homes, are open 10am to 5pm over Easter weekend with a special Easter egg hunt in store for youngsters on Easter Sunday.

“Our Giant Easter bunny prize draw has become a bit of a tradition,” says Beal’s Emily Douglas. “This year we’re giving away huge Lindt bunnies at each of our sites and hoping to raise funds for local charities Humber Rescue and the Smile Foundation in the process.”

Visitors to the house builder’s show homes at King’s Chase and The Village II will be invited to enter Beal’s Easter prize draw and, to keep younger visitors occupied as Mum and Dad take the opportunity to view the Malham, Haxby and Thornton show homes at King’s Chase, there is a egg hunt within the gardens of the show complex.

“We hope it will be a fun weekend for all,” says Emily.“If visitors are also able to make a small donation to our 2015 charities Humber Rescue and the Smile Foundation then that will be great too.”

Properties at King’s Chase have been selling fast reports Beal Homes. Of the 55 homes planned for this development 35 have already been sold, mostly off plan. Although there are now only 19 homes available to reserve, purchasers still have a good choice of eight designs ranging from two bedroom Applebys at £144,995 up to the final top of the range four bedroom detached Carlton at £319,995 plus a number of smart three bedroom designs from £149,995.

Also at popular Kingswood Parks, The Village II development features Beal Homes’ FirstStep range. Here a limited number of one bedroom Sohos are available from £87,995, two bedroom Gramercys from £124,995 and three bedroom choices include the Greenwich and Chelsea designs from £144,995. However, with 70 per cent of the 65 homes planned at The Village II already sold, prospective buyers should not leave it too late to take a look.

Talk to the Beal Homes teams at King’s Chase and The Village II about Beal’s very individual approach to house building. As a local, family-owned company with a history of more than 45 years of house building in East Yorkshire, Beal offers a personal service with every home buyer encouraged to spend time with the company’s designers in its dedicated Customer Selection Studio to choose internal layouts and finishes to create a bespoke home.

Also, ask about Help to Buy, the Government scheme which is enabling buyers to purchase new homes with deposits of as little as five per cent. The scheme is available to qualifying buyers at both Beal’s Kingswood Parks developments. House hunters with a home to sell will also be interested in Beal’s Smooth Move and Home Exchange services.
