When the Plot has been released for sale our team will get in contact and offer you first refusal. You will then have 48 hours to decide whether you want to proceed with buying the home*
What happens next?
If you decide to move forward with us, your early bird reservation will turn into a full reservation. You’ll just need to pay an Further £600 to meet the standard reservation fee of £750.
