A local football club has teamed up with award-winning Beal Homes to launch the housebuilder’s latest luxury show homes.
Immingham Town FC First Team Manager Jon Davy and Vice-Captain Alfie Davy performed the opening of the two new show homes at Beal’s Highfields development in Immingham.
It marks a key milestone for the prestigious development, which is bringing 525 new homes to the growing community in North East Lincolnshire.
The Immingham Town FC representatives had the honour of opening the show homes after being named as the winners of a Beal “Community Chest” initiative.
The scheme sees worthy local causes nominated to be in with a chance of winning £1,000 in sponsorship from Beal, with people invited to vote for who they want to win the funding by liking and commenting on Beal social media posts.
As well as winning the £1,000 donation, representatives from Immingham Town FC were invited to kick off an open day, which saw invited guests, including buyers who have already reserved at Highfields, given the first opportunity to explore the show homes and enjoy refreshments.

The show homes are a two-bedroom Cropton house type and a four-bedroom Harome, with both designs showcased for the first time by Beal.
Styled around the theme “mocha mousse”, the Cropton is described as being warm and cosy, incorporating elements from Beal’s standard specification range to highlight the vast array of high-quality options which come as standard with Beal.
The Harome is styled around a “blue haven” theme, with a light and airy colour scheme, and showcases many of Beal’s higher specification upgrade options.
Beal is investing £105m in the Highfields development, which is located off Stallingborough Road, just a short walk from the centre of the town. Homes currently available at Highfields range from the two-bedroom Farndale, priced at £165,000, to the four-bedroom Thorndale at £333,000.
Buyers at Highfields will enjoy all the benefits of Beal’s uniquely-personal Design Lounge service, including working with the housebuilder’s expert team of designers and choosing from a vast array of options to create a home perfectly matched to their lifestyle and tastes.

Harriet Walker, Field Sales Manager of East Yorkshire-based Beal, said: “We’re really pleased to open our new show homes and it was a pleasure to have Immingham Town FC join us for the occasion.
“Highfields is a major, long-term investment in Immingham, and we’re keen to play an active role in the local community as the development grows, so it was great that the town’s football club could do the honours for the show homes opening.
“Since launching Highfields last summer we’ve seen strong sales and high levels of interest. We expect that to intensify now that the show homes are open and house hunters can truly experience the exceptional quality and choice we offer.”

First Team Manager Jon Davy said the funding was a big boost for Immingham Town FC.
He said: “We’re absolutely delighted and incredibly grateful to have been awarded the Community Chest.
“The funding will make a real difference, helping us to continue developing our facilities and providing a better environment for players, supporters and visiting teams. In particular, we’re looking to invest in improvements that enhance the matchday experience and support the growth of grassroots football at the club.
“Being invited to open the new show homes was a real honour. It’s fantastic to be part of such a positive development in the area and we’re proud to represent the community on this occasion. It’s a great moment for the club, and we’re excited about building a stronger partnership for the future.”
