First customer enjoys ‘jaw-dropping’ experience in new Design Lounge

The first Beal Homes buyer to complete his selections day in the new Design Lounge said the experience was “jaw-dropping”.

Dr Syed Ali Naqvi, a Cardiologist at Castle Hill Hospital in Cottingham, currently lives in a two-bedroom rented property in Willerby and is due to move into his three-bedroom Dalton home at Beal’s nearby West Hill II development in April.

Dr Naqvi, 33, said: “It was a very comfortable, hi-tech experience and the amount of choice available was jaw-dropping.

“The facilities at Beal’s new offices are very impressive. I had a first, shorter visit to make my preliminary choices including bathroom and kitchen tiles, cupboard designs, flooring and carpets.

“The second visit, a couple of days later, was about going through each room and finalising my choices. Everything I chose with the design team was projected on to a screen so I was able to visualise exactly how my home will look.

“This approach really is the way forward when it comes to home design and I’m very excited to move in.

“My experience in the Design Lounge was everything I hoped it would be and I’d have no hesitation in recommending Beal to other buyers. It really is a VIP home design service.”
