Househunters are being urged to register now to attend the launch this weekend of a new Beal Homes development in one of Lincolnshire’s most attractive locations.
Situated off The Belt Road in Gainsborough, Somerby Croft enjoys a prime position opposite the acclaimed Thonock Park Golf Course, which is set in glorious countryside and is owned by the world-famous golf club manufacturer PING. The picturesque course is also home to PING’s European Fitting Centre, while the company’s European headquarters and factory is just a mile away.
Demand is sure to be intense due to Somerby Croft’s prime position and scenic surroundings, as well as the choice of no less than 15 different property types, including four exciting next-generation designs.
Somerby Croft will build on the success of Beal’s hugely-popular nearby development, The Swale, which is now nearing completion with the recent start of construction on the final phase.
When complete The Swale will feature 186 properties and it has consistently been Beal’s strongest-selling development over the past three years.
The launch event for Somerby Croft will take place at The Swale marketing suite on Saturday, June 27, and Sunday, June 28, when prospective buyers will find out details and prices for the first homes released and have the opportunity to be among the first to reserve a plot.
The launch will be by appointment only, with visitors allocated specific time slots in order to abide by social distancing rules.

Somerby Croft will feature a total of 89 homes, with 12 different house styles, including four newly-introduced designs, as well as three types of bungalow, reflecting the popularity of Lincolnshire as a retirement location.
The new property types include The Swainby, a four bedroom detached home, which is an updated version of Beal’s popular Windsor house type and will be the development’s show home.
Work is about to begin on the infrastructure for the development ahead of the start of construction of the first homes, which are expected to be available for occupation early next year.

Beal Sales and Marketing Director Sue Waudby said: “Gainsborough is an up-and-coming market town which is growing in popularity all the time, so we’re excited to be launching another new development there.
“Somerby Croft enjoys a fantastic location, close to both the town centre and Marshall’s Yard shopping area, with all the facilities they offer, but also opposite the golf club and adjacent open countryside.
“The development will offer a great range of house types and styles, including a few of our next-generation range. With such choice available, there is something for everybody.
“In addition, all our buyers have the opportunity to benefit from the unique Beal Experience to personalise their home to suit their lifestyle and tastes.”
