Press Releases

Thank you, Beal buyers, for rating us as a five-star housebuilder yet again!

We’re incredibly proud to share that we’ve once again received a five-star customer satisfaction rating from the Home Builders Federation (HBF)!

For the sixth year running we’re delighted to have received the top rating based on independent feedback from Beal buyers.

This was despite criteria for the ratings being updated this year, making the threshold to secure five stars even higher.

Our Chief Executive, Richard Beal, said: “Customer satisfaction is our greatest measure of success, so we’re delighted to have once again received this prestigious accolade.

“It’s a testament to the total dedication of the whole Beal team, with the support of our suppliers, partners and sub-contractors, to delivering the highest levels of quality craftsmanship and customer service, throughout the home-buying journey and beyond.

“I want to say a big thank you to all of our buyers for providing such positive feedback. Our buyers are central to everything we do, so it’s always especially rewarding to receive the five-star rating knowing it’s based directly on our customers’ experiences.

“We’re continually striving to enhance our service to buyers, so we’re pleased that the HBF has pledged to continue to raise the bar for the rating scheme in future years, to drive the highest possible levels of customer service across our industry.”

Beal Homes has achieved a five-star HBF rating for a sixth consecutive year.

Beal took part in the scheme for the first time in 2021 and we have received the five-star rating in every year since then, reflecting the consistent delivery of outstanding levels of customer service.

HBF star ratings are awarded based on the results of questions asked in the National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey, which is sent to new home purchasers in two stages, eight weeks and nine months after they complete the purchase of their new home. The questions are focused on the quality of the home and the customer service provided.

For this year’s results, the stakes were even higher, with housebuilders required to achieve an average score of at least 4.15 out of 5 to be awarded a 5-star rating. The Beal score was comfortably ahead of this level, at 4.26.
