Beal Homes is a proud, multi-award-winning, 5-star rated housebuilder. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Customer Care Operative to join our Customer Care team, working across Hull, East Yorkshire, and Lincolnshire.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional after-sales service on behalf of our Customer Care team.
You will also bring your experience of working with customers and new-build properties to ensure every interaction reflects the high standards our customers expect and deserve.
Main Responsibilities:
- To review defect lists and source materials prior to customer appointments.
- To meet customers, inspect any defects and report back to the Customer Care team
- To carry out post remedial works including joinery, plastering, painting and decorating, kitchen and bathroom parts.
Personal Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
- A professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers
- General all-round construction experience
- A valid driving licence
- Reasonable written and numerical skills
- Awareness of Health and Safety
