New Beal selection centre – experience the Beal difference

Beal Homes has opened a brand new Customer Selection Lounge at its new £1.5m Hessle headquarters, enhancing its unique and very personal house-buying experience.

The new Customer Selection Lounge takes the family-run house builder’s innovative approach, which allows home buyers to customise almost aspect of their new Beal home, to a new level, says MD Richard Beal.

Set within Beal Homes’ state of the art headquarters, newly opened at the Bridgehead Business Park, near the Humber Bridge, the lounge is a world apart from interior selection processes people will have experienced in the past. Beal Homes believes it is offering a customer experience unrivalled within the industry.

At the new Customer Selection Lounge homebuyers have the opportunity to work in conjunction with Beal’s designer to create an interior that is their choice and totally individual to them.

From actually scheming room uses, shapes and sizes to specifying your integrated home technology system, and from settling on your kitchen unit door choice to deciding on what stylish handles should adorn them, all your options are helpfully laid out before you.

Pull-out panels showing tiling choices; drawers containing samples of flooring options; racks of myriad kitchen doors and worktop styles, it is all there in an impressive suite of walk-through rooms where you can make exciting plans for your brand new home.

Once you reserve a property at one of Beal’s developments, a full-day appointment is made for you to visit the selection lounge to make these all-important choices to match your lifestyle needs.

Steve Arnold is Beal’s home designer and he helps to see each home design through to a happy conclusion for customers. Not only that, he builds in coffee breaks, lunch and plenty of time for browsing and deliberating.

Personalisation of your new home is key, with an inspiring array of fixtures, fittings and finishes available, allowing you to stamp your own style on your home – whether it is an £80,000 starter home or a luxury £800,000 property.

The beauty is that you can tweak the elements of your home as much or as little as you like. The company’s free design service includes 3D realisations of your dream home, so you can see exactly what your chosen room finishes are going to look like.
