Covid-19: Notice to customers

Following the Government’s relaunch of the housing market, our developments have now re-opened to customers, but strictly by appointment only.

Our absolute priority is the safety of our staff and customers at all times and we have introduced mandatory new protocols for the safe management of all customer visits.

Appointments are strictly limited to two adults, with no children permitted, and only by pre-arrangement, with appointments made at least a day in an advance.

All visitors will be required to complete and return Covid-19 questionnaires prior to appointments. During all visits strict safety measures and protocols will apply, to safeguard all our staff and customers.

Safe distancing will apply throughout appointments. Customers will be required to sanitise their hands and put on gloves and shoe covers before entering our marketing suites or show homes. Masks will be available if customers wish to wear them.

Show home access will be limited to unaccompanied viewings and there will be a minimum of 30 minutes between each visit to allow for a thorough cleansing routine to take place.
