With just two properties remaining available from the first release, 28 of the 55 homes which form the development have already been sold, with the first residents due to move in by early next year.

St. John’s Fold has a selection of three and four bedroom homes in 12 different house styles in a coveted location off Woodmansey Mile, close to Beverley town centre.

The latest release features homes in the heart of the development and includes a mix of three-bedroom semi and detached properties, and four-bedroom detached homes.

The newly-released homes include some of Beal’s most popular house types, the Pickering, Butterwick, Levisham II and Langdale, with prices from £265,995 to £342,995.
