Beal buyers home in on Beverley

We've had a fantastic response to the launch of our eagerly-awaited St. John's Fold development.

Buyers rushed to reserve properties as the launch of Beal Homes’ latest development saw most of the first release of houses sold in the opening weekend.

Nine out of the first 13 homes made available at St. John’s Fold in Beverley, East Yorkshire, were snapped up by househunters as detailed plans for the development and prices were revealed for the first time.

Featuring a selection of 55 three and four bedroom homes in 12 different house styles, St. John’s Fold has generated high demand, with almost 200 people attending the launch event at the weekend at Beal’s headquarters at the Bridgehead business park in Hessle.

“We had a really strong turnout, with almost all of the released properties reserved. Many of the buyers already live in the Beverley area, so they are aware of all the great things the town has to offer, while there was a great deal of interest from others currently living in West Hull villages.

“St John’s Fold offers something for everyone – reservations were made by a mix of first-time buyers, families and downsizers, all keen to move to this wonderful location close to the heart of Beverley.”

Prices in the first release start from £249,995 for a three bedroom Pickering home, featuring contemporary kitchen/dining room with French doors leading to garden, ground floor cloakroom and master bedroom with en-suite.

Four bedroom properties at St. John’s Fold include the detached Langdale, starting from £314,995. The Langdale has a lounge with feature bay window; contemporary kitchen/dining room with French doors leading to garden; separate utility room; ground floor cloakroom; master bedroom with en-suite shower room; family bathroom; and garage.

As well as viewing details of the first phase of the development, visitors were also able to experience Beal’s state-of-the-art Customer Selections Studio.

As with all Beal properties, St. John’s Fold buyers have the unique opportunity to work with Beal’s designers in the Customer Selections Studio to create their own bespoke dream home.

Buyers can make their new home truly one of a kind by designing their state-of-the-art kitchen, moving walls to create a room layout to suit their personal tastes, as well as choosing from Beal’s extensive range of designer fixtures, fittings and finishes, including carpets, flooring, tiles and window blinds.
