That’s why we put as much emphasis on the quality of our service, both before and after you move into your new home, as we do on the high standard of our properties.
We aim to handover every property in perfect condition. Every Beal home goes through a number of stringent inspections by our Site Manager, Plumbing Manager and Head of Quality, then finally the buyer’s own inspection alongside our dedicated Home Demonstrator.

We know how stressful buying a home can be, which is why we do our upmost to make the whole process as smooth, stress-free and enjoyable as possible for you. From the first visit to the final handover of your new home, our friendly, experienced staff will be here to help you.
10-year warranty for peace of mind
Your new Beal home is covered by the 10-year NHBC Buildmark guarantee. We also offer our own more comprehensive 2-year warranty, and insist our suppliers and contractors match this guarantee.
When we finish your new home and the NHBC has carried out its final inspection, we invite you to meet the Site Manager and Sales Executive. We’ll give you a guided tour and show you how everything works. You’ll also have the opportunity to carry out your own re-inspection of your new home.
