The in-demand West Hill development sits among woodland and former farmland on the Willerby-Kirk Ella border and offers 130 mainly detached properties, ranging from three to five bedrooms, with prices from £254,995 to £525,000. The development is accessed via Beverley Road with all but one of the homes having a Kirk Ella postcode.
