Our Design Lounge lounge offers homebuyers more choice than ever

Following the opening of Beal Homes’ brand new Customer Selection Lounge at our new Hessle headquarters, today’s new home buyer has more opportunity to have a home built and tailored to their individual lifestyle and personal taste than ever before.

As a family-run house builder, our innovative approach to house building, which allows home buyers to customise almost aspect of their new home, has been taken to a new level with our investment in the new Customer Selection Lounge, says MD Richard Beal.

The very personal home-design experience on offer is being welcomed by Beal buyers like young businessman Henry Beercock (shown above left with Beal’s designer Steve Arnold right) who has just moved into one of the final apartments at St George’s Court in Willerby.

During a visit to Beal’s Customer Selection Lounge, he worked with our designer Steve Arnold to arrive at a bespoke finish for his stylish new apartment.

“The Customer Selection Lounge is very smart and very professional, though I was still greeted very warmly by everyone and invited to relax and take my time with a good cup of coffee,” he recounts.

“Although I was generally very happy with the style and quality of Beal’s specification for my apartment, I had some ideas of my own. Beal’s designer was brilliant, coming up with great recommendations for alternative kitchen worktops, flooring and internal doors to make the place my own. I’m really pleased with the finished apartment and I have settle in and am loving it at Willerby.”

The selection lounge is a world apart from interior selection processes people will have experienced in the past, says Beal Homes. Pull-out panels showing tiling choices; drawers containing samples of flooring options; racks of myriad kitchen doors and worktop styles, it is all there in an impressive suite of walk-through rooms where you can make exciting plans for your brand new home.

Once you reserve a property at one of Beal’s developments, whether it’s a £80,000 starter home or a luxurious £800,000 property, a full-day appointment is made for you to visit the selection lounge to make these all-important choices.

You can tweak the elements of your home as much or as little as you like. The company’s free design service includes 3D realisations of your dream home, so you can see exactly what your chosen room finishes are going to look like.

Beal Homes’ Customer Selection Lounge will soon open to the public at weekends, so that anyone can visit, browse and see the level of personal service and choice that goes into the making of a Beal-built home.
