Buyers and house hunters inspired by West Hill show home opening

Press Releases

Almost 200 hundred visitors viewed our luxurious “York” show home during the launch event at our sought-after West Hill development at Willerby.

Excited buyers and house hunters were given an inspiring first glimpse of how their dream home could look as we opened the show home at our sought-after West Hill development.

Almost 200 visitors attended the launch of the show home and marketing suite at West Hill in Willerby, East Yorkshire, to view our fully furnished and equipped “York” property from our luxurious “Signature” range of detached homes.

People who have already committed to buying at West Hill were the first to view and be inspired by our show home, closely followed by house hunters who have registered their interest in the development.

More than half of the homes released in the first phase at West Hill have sold off plan and there are now just nine properties available for occupation before the end of 2017 as demand continues to grow.

Eighteen different house styles are available at West Hill and every buyer is given the chance to select the design, layout and interior styling of their home to suit their personal tastes.

Buyers Nat Cook and Rob Ashby (pictured with Beal Senior Sales Executive Francesca Burke at the top of the page) can’t wait to move in to their “Levisham” property.

Staff nurse Nat, 24, who currently lives in Hessle, said: “This will be the first home we have bought together and it’s so exciting.

“We looked at other developments, but Beal had the wow factor. The staff have been amazing and the way you can personalise your house to your own specification in fantastic. Our house is exactly what we asked for.

“We have redesigned the kitchen, chosen the wardrobes and carpets and upgraded other aspects, such as vanity mirrors. Seeing the show home has been brilliant and we can’t wait to move in.”

Ian and Joanne Heelas, who currently live in Willerby, have bought a four-bedroom “Canterbury” Beal home and can’t wait to move in.

Ian, 50, who is an electrical engineer, said: “We have been in our present home for 20 years and we wanted to move, but not away from this area, so this is perfect.

“Looking at the show home has reinforced our view that we have made the right choices for our house and we’re really looking forward to moving in.”

West Hill sits among woodland and former farmland on the Willerby-Kirk Ella border and offers 130 mainly detached properties, ranging from three to five bedrooms, with prices from £254,995 to £525,000. The development is accessed via Beverley Road with all but one of the homes having a Kirk Ella postcode.

Schools, shops and amenities are within walking distance, with the added benefit of easy road access to Hull, Beverley, York and Leeds.

Sue Waudby, Sales and Marketing Director at Beal Homes, said the response to West Hill had been incredibly positive, particularly since the show home opened its doors.

“The feedback has been fantastic,” she said. “We knew West Hill would be popular because it’s such an amazing location and that has certainly proven to be the case.

“Now we can now showcase what West Hill offers through the show home and house hunters can see the exceptional quality and specification of our properties and the bespoke arrangements we offer.

“The launch event enabled people who have already reserved their new home to experience a fully equipped and furnished property at West Hill before they move into their own new home.

“It was also an opportunity for people who have registered their interest in the development to visit West Hill and be inspired by what they see.”
