All set to welcome house hunters to West Hill!
We’re delighted to launch our show home and marketing suite at West Hill in Willerby – East Yorkshire’s most in-demand residential development.
We’re ready for an exceptionally busy weekend as potential buyers view our in-demand West Hill development at Willerby for the first time.
More than 1,600 people registered their interest in buying a new home at West Hill so we’re expecting hundreds of excited house hunters to visit when we launch our show home and marketing suite this weekend.
Buyers will move into the first cul-de-sac of eight homes within the next few weeks, having put their own personal stamp on their properties.
We’re expecting a flurry of further sales on Saturday and Sunday, May 20-21, and we’re offering a 48-inch TV to the first five customers to reserve a property once the show home opens.

Visitors to West Hill this weekend will be able to look around the fully equipped “York” show home, from our luxurious, top-of-the-range “Signature” selection of detached properties.
