A stress free purchase
Beal Homes wants to make the home buying process as simple and stress free as we can for our customers. From the initial visit to the final handover of the property, our experienced and friendly staff are on hand to make the whole process enjoyable from beginning to end.
Beal support
Beal Homes believes that every customer deserves excellent service no matter which of our properties they are buying. We place as much emphasis on the quality of the service we provide, both before and after completion, as we do on the standard of our properties.
We aim to handover every property in perfect condition. Each property goes through a number of stringent inspections by our site manager, plumbing manager and sales negotiator, then finally the buyer’s inspection.
Moving in
Once your new property is completed and the NHBC have conducted their final inspection, you will be invited to meet the Site Manager and Sales Adviser for a guided tour showing how everything works and an opportunity to complete your own inspection of your new home.
On move-in day both the Sales Adviser and Site Manager will be there to hand over the keys to your new home. You’ll be encouraged to complete a final check of the property and the Sales Adviser will read all utility meters and explain the contents of the Property Handover Pack.
Settling in
Caroline Cross, our Customer Care Co-ordinator, and her dedicated team are on hand to help you to settle in. They will ensure that any concerns you may have following your move in are addressed positively and remedied swiftly within agreed timescales.
The Sales Adviser will make personal contact with you during your first few weeks in your new home.

Comprehensive warranty
All our homes are covered by the ten year NHBC Buildmark Warranty, and we also provide our own more comprehensive two year warranty and insist our suppliers and contractors match that commitment.
