Here’s how it works:
STEP 1: Choose your new Beal Home.
STEP 2: We arrange an independent valuation of your current home.
STEP 3: A ‘For Sale’ sign goes up outside your home.
STEP 4: We arrange viewings for you.
STEP 5: We negotiate with potential purchasers for you to help you obtain the best offer.
STEP 6: Once you accept an offer – your new home is reserved.
STEP 7: With your old home sold you can make preparations to move into your new Beal home*
* Please note that we endeavour wherever possible to help our customer to sell their property via the Smooth Move Scheme, however the scheme is offered subject to availability and eligibility. The actual move-in date may be subject to the build completion date of your new Beal home
